These terms and conditions govern your use of pencase4u.co.uk and any purchases made through it. By placing an order with Pen Case 4 U, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About us
Pen Case 4 U is a small business based in the United Kingdom, selling protective storage cases for injection pens. We are not a medical device manufacturer and our products do not provide medical or refrigeration functions.
2. Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to amend prices and product availability without notice. Once your order is confirmed, we will dispatch your items as set out in our shipping policy below.
3. Use of our products
Our cases are intended as protective carriers for injection pens. They are not designed to provide medical-grade temperature control or to replace storage instructions provided by your pharmacist or healthcare professional. Always follow the storage instructions supplied with your medication.
4. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited to the price paid for that product. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.
5. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.

Pen Case 4 U respects your privacy and is committed to handling your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- Order information — your name, delivery address, email address and phone number, used to fulfil and dispatch your order.
- Payment information — handled directly by our payment provider; we do not store full card details on our servers.
- Contact details — when you email us, we keep your messages so we can help you.
- Website analytics — anonymous usage data to help us improve the site.
How we use your data
We use your information to process orders, provide customer support, comply with our legal obligations, and (only with your consent) send you occasional updates about new products. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.
Sharing your data
We share data only with trusted service providers who help us run our business (for example, our payment processor and delivery couriers). We never sell your personal data.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Orders placed before our daily cut-off are typically dispatched the next working day from our UK base. Delivery times vary by service and destination; full details and pricing are shown at checkout.
- UK standard delivery: typically 2–4 working days
- UK tracked delivery: typically 1–2 working days
- International delivery to selected countries
Returns & refunds
If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. To exercise this right, please contact us with your order number and we’ll provide return instructions.
Items must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
Faulty or damaged items
If your case arrives damaged or develops a fault, get in touch within 30 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
